Gaomi Haibang Casting Co., Ltd., started in 1976, is a professional casting enterprise integrating the production and export of various grey cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron and steel casting. Our company has the right to import and export independently, and our products have been exported to a dozen countries and regions such as Japan, South Korea, the USA, Canada, Germany, Malaysia, Taiwan, etc.
Haibang Casting has a building area of 20,000 sq. meters and over 200 employees including 30-odd technicians, its fixed assets amount to over RMB 30 million yuan.
Our equipment and facilities include: Main production equipment: one 5t medium-frequency induction furnace, one 1t medium-frequency induction furnace, one 3t cupola furnace and one 5t cupola furnace;
Checkout equipment: one METALSCAN 2500 table type emission spectrometer, one WE -600 hydraulic multiple-use tester, one 4×1 metallurgical microscope, one 722 spectrophotometer, one HB-3000B Brinell hardness tester, one infrared high speed thermoscope and an advanced laboratory for testing five major elements and alloying components.
Processing equipment: more than 30 sets processing equipment for lathing, milling, planning, grinding, drilling, etc.
